AJ Smyth is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Global Marketing Director at Cargill since October 2021, AJ develops and implements global marketing plans for the Power Systems portfolio. Prior to this, AJ held significant roles at CPC - Colder Products Company and Polaris Industries, where notable achievements included creating strategic frameworks for market opportunities, leading new product development programs, and successfully increasing product portfolio revenues. AJ’s earlier experience encompasses positions at 3M and Hospira, emphasizing a strong foundation in product marketing, corporate strategy, and financial analysis. AJ holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Innovation from Indiana University and degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and Marquette University, respectively.
