Dannette Hanson

Dannette Hanson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions at Cargill since April 2025, Dannette is tasked with developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization, which has a workforce of approximately 160,000 employees operating in over 70 countries. Prior to this role, Dannette was Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Nielsen, where strategic recruitment efforts supported significant business transformation. With a strong foundation in talent strategy development from positions at Travelers and Ceridian Corporation, Dannette has successfully architected comprehensive recruitment programs across various sectors. Educationally, Dannette holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University.
