Gonzalo Petschen

Gonzalo Petschen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in leadership roles at Cargill from June 2010 to November 2024, where positions included Group President of Food North America and President and Group Leader of Food Solutions Americas. Gonzalo has also contributed as a Corporate Strategy Execution Leader and a Member of the Board of Directors at Glucovil Argentina SA, a joint venture recognized as a leader in starches and sweeteners in Argentina and Chile. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of ADM Milling Mexico, where leadership facilitated the startup and growth of wheat flour milling operations, along with a role as Merchant. Gonzalo holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Dayton.
