Laura Graham

Laura Graham currently serves as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at CARGO Therapeutics since April 2024. Previously, Laura held the same title at Prime Medicine, Inc. from April 2022 to March 2024, and worked as a consultant. Prior experience includes roles at Akebia Therapeutics as Director, Corporate Counsel, and at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director and Associate Corporate Counsel. Laura began their legal career at Mintz Levin as a Corporate & Securities Associate and gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for both the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Vermont Supreme Court. Laura also completed a Judicial Externship at the Federal District Court in Massachusetts. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a BA & BS from the University of Rhode Island in Journalism and Textiles, Merchandising, and Design.
