Alexander Kornblum

Alexander Kornblum holds the position of Managing Director at CargoBeamer intermodal operations GmbH. After graduating in Political Science at Vanderbilt University in the United States, he initially worked in the European and American aviation industry for several years. From 2018 to 2020, he led the market launch of a nationwide long-distance bus network of Flix (formerly FlixMobility) as Head of Pricing and Yield Management. In 2021 he completed a move to Amazon, where he was responsible for operationalizing its European rail transport network. As Managing Director at CargoBeamer intermodal operations, Kornblum, who holds both German and U.S. citizenship, is responsible for sales, demand planning, pricing, customer relations, and strategic business development.
