Donavan Marchywka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and solutions, currently serving as Director of Digital Solutions at Carhartt since January 2011. In this role, Donavan leads the Global Digital Engineering team, focusing on the implementation and support of various digital platforms, while driving strategic departmental direction and team performance. Previous positions include Senior Manager and Manager of Digital Engineering at Carhartt, where responsibilities included managing project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Before joining Carhartt, Donavan held roles at Art Van Furniture and CareTech Solutions, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in eCommerce and web project management. Donavan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.
