Phillip Brown

Phillip Brown has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration and Chief Transformation Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank since February 2009. In this role, Phillip leads high-impact business transformation initiatives aligned with the Bank's strategic priorities and assists other executives in re-evaluating the Bank's operating model and organizational design. Prior roles include Executive Manager of Human Resources & OD at National Bank, Director at Pathways Human Resource Consulting, and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at the National Water Commission. Phillip's educational background includes various prestigious institutions, earning degrees in Strategic Foresight and Human Resource Strategy & Change, along with additional executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge Judge Business School, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
