Junior Burgess

Junior Burgess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and educational leadership. Currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at the Caribbean Examinations Council since July 2023, Junior previously held the position of Director at the Ministry of Health and Wellness from July 2020 to August 2023 and at the Ministry of Education from September 2014 to September 2022. Additionally, Junior contributed as an Education Officer at the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development in Barbados between September 2012 and September 2014. Furthermore, Junior holds an Advanced Certificate in Public Procurement from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and a Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State University.
