Lindsey Palmer

Lindsey Palmer is a Culinary R&D Manager at Caribou Coffee since December 2024, bringing extensive experience from Flagstone Foods, where Lindsey served in various roles, including Senior Food Scientist and Food Technologist, from January 2013 to December 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Supervisor & Roaster at Dunn Bros Coffee from April 2010 to January 2013. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Food Science/Culinology from Southwest Minnesota State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
