John A. (Coop) Cooper has extensive experience in capitalization and M&A. John A. (Coop) began their career in 1995 as VP Corporate Development for HBO&Co, which was later acquired by McKesson. In 1998, they joined Microsoft Corporation as VP Corporate Development & Strategy. In 2000, they became President of ThinkTank LLC, and in 2001, Partner - Managing Director of Montgomery & Co., LLC. In 2009, they founded ArchPoint Partners, where they served as Founder - Managing Partner. In 2014, they founded Halestreet Investments, LLC and also served as Managing Director for Houlihan Lokey. In 2018, they joined Caribu as Board Director - Caribu.com and in 2019, they joined Play2Pay, Inc. as Board Director - Play 2 Pay. In 2020, they founded Capital Clarity, where they serve as Founder, Managing Partner.
John A. (Coop) Cooper received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. John A. (Coop) then went on to complete a Post Graduate Executive Development Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
