Jim Miller

Jim Miller has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Jim has held roles such as Senior Director of Practice Operations at Carilion Clinic, where they oversaw the operations of surgical physician practices. Jim served as Vice President of the Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Strategic Services Unit at Mountain States Health Alliance, where they focused on planning and driving performance across various service lines. As the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Ephraim McDowell Health, they led hospital operations and service line development. Additionally, they worked as an Interim Leadership Consultant at B.E. Smith, Inc. and held various positions at Mission Health, including Vice-President of Clinical Operations and Director of Radiology Services.

Jim Miller has a MBA/MHA degree in Business & Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University. Jim also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Western Carolina University. Additionally, Jim completed a fellowship in Executive Leadership Academy at The Advisory Board Company.
