Paul C. Hudgins

Paul Hudgins is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Carilion Clinic since November 2016, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dignity Health from March 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included engaging workforce strategies and overseeing HR systems. Prior to Dignity Health, Paul was Vice President of Human Resources at Amerigroup, contributing to strategic planning, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation during a major acquisition. Paul's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Vice President and Medical Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Miami Medical Center and Health System, and as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University.
