Yasser Bahgat

Yasser Bahgat is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in managing HR functions across diverse industries. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at Carina Wear since December 2020, Yasser oversees HR initiatives across 150+ fashion store locations in Egypt and the GCC, managing a substantial Human Capital budget in alignment with executive leadership. In addition, Yasser holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at TOWN TEAM, where responsibilities include talent acquisition and management for over 3500 employees across Egypt and Morocco. Previous roles include Regional Head of HR at Tabarak Holding, and Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at Hamad Medical Corporation, marking a career dedicated to strategic HR management, consultancy, and operational excellence. Yasser's educational background includes an Associate's Degree from Virginia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University.
