Ugo Castellani is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in mobile technologies and digital innovation. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Cariplo Factory since September 2018, Ugo leads a team focused on developing end-to-end solutions primarily utilizing Microsoft Azure and Office 365. In addition, Ugo holds the position of Technical Director at Frontech Accelerator, which is aimed at supporting startups in Generative AI and Web 3. Prior to these roles, Ugo worked at Avanade as a Senior Director for Mobility & Innovation and at Microsoft in various capacities, including Service Delivery Director and Premier Director, overseeing large teams and significant projects in infrastructure and application development. Ugo began a career in 1999 as the first Italian Microsoft Services Architect consultant, collaborating with major banking and telecommunications clients. Education was completed at Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei Terni, achieving a maturità scientifica.
