Mark Gresh is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Caris Life Sciences since April 2013, Mark provides strategic consultative services, training, and direction on employee relations and HR policy implementation. Previous positions include the role of Sr. Analyst in Strategic Workforce Planning at Nissan North America, where Mark excelled in HR analytics and project management. Mark has also held significant HR and operations positions at Healthways and CVS Caremark Corporation, focusing on diversity initiatives, talent management, and organizational improvement. Mark holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in HR & Industrial Management from Penn State University.
