Nadja Spaar

Nadja Spaar has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in digitalisation and quality management. Currently, Nadja serves as a Quality Officer for Digitalisation & Processes at Caritas Schweiz, a role held since September 2022. Prior to this, Nadja worked at Universität Bern as a Hilfsassistentin (eCoach) from March 2021 to June 2022. Additional roles include tutoring at beraber.ch, work in the weekend service at vogelwarte.ch from April 2014 to December 2021, and a position in the Recht & Compliance department at CSS Versicherung. Nadja also provided administrative support at Jörg Lienert AG from July 2018 to August 2019 and competed as a Leistungssportler for SPONO Eagles from 2006 to 2019. Academically, Nadja holds a Master of Arts in Political, Legal and Economic Philosophy from the University of Bern, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lucerne, and participated in an exchange semester in Philosophy at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Educational qualifications include a Matura in Spanish from Kantonsschule Alpenquai, Luzern.
