Britta Layendecker

Britta Layendecker currently serves as a Member of the Management Board and CFO for the ZEISS Group's Industrial Quality & Research segment since January 2025. Prior to this role, Layendecker held several significant positions at Voith Austria GmbH, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board from October 2021 to October 2024, and served as CFO of Voith Paper Fabric & Roll Systems from February 2016 to October 2024, overseeing global operations with annual revenues of €650 million. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President IT Controlling and leading the Program Management Office, Voith150+. Layendecker began a career with a trainee program at Boehringer Ingelheim from September 2005 to September 2008. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in General Management from INSEAD and an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School.
