Eva Klopp

Eva Klopp is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and information architecture. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer for the Digital Customer Journey at ZEISS Group since October 2021, Eva previously held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at ZEISS Digital Innovation Partners from September 2019 to October 2021. In addition to freelance roles between 2013 and 2021, which involved UX engineering and mentorship, Eva led projects in information architecture at Plan.net solutions from 2010 to 2013. Eva holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Audiovisual Communication Technologies from Stuttgart Media University and a Vordiplom in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, and Communication from Pforzheim University.
