Prior to this role, Jorge worked at SONAE from July 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included Procurement Buyer and Product Development Manager at Worten, in addition to the role of Micro Space Planner. Jorge holds a Master's Degree in Energy and Bioenergy from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Bachelor's Degree in Green Space Management from Escola Superior Agrária, Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre, completed between 2003 and 2006.
