Sona Jose

Sona Jose is an experienced consultant and analyst in the field of Responsible AI and data policy, currently serving at ZEISS Group since September 2022. Prior experience includes an internship with GIZ GmbH focusing on economic and social development through digitalization, where Sona developed training programs and communication strategies for gig economy workers. Roles at the Centre for Digital Governance and WZB Berlin Social Science Center involved producing policy recommendations and conducting statistical analyses, respectively. Sona's foundation in public policy analysis was established at Hertie School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
