Michael Eisenmann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Project Engineer at Hӧllmüller Maschinenbau GmbH in 1995. Michael then joined Hitachi Europe as a Sales Manager in 1997. In 2002, they moved to Carl Zeiss Nano Technology Systems as the Director Global Service. Later, they joined Carl Zeiss Meditec in 2010 as the Global Head of 2nd level support and escalations.

Michael Eisenmann attended Aalen University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Surface Technology and Materials Science. Michael later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Corrosion Science and Engineering at The University of Manchester from 1993 to 1994.
