Mert Aktaş

Mert Aktaş has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Experience Specialist at Carla, where they assisted customers with support channels including chat and email, worked closely with supplier partners and data operations team to ensure demands of travelers were met, helped drive cross sell efforts, performed quality assurance tests on products, and fixed/added new data from partners to the database for a better service. In 2019, they co-founded Fizidi, a website-based social media platform where movies, games, and TV series were critiqued and listed. Mert managed social media accounts, created content for the website, and hired voluntary SEO writers to the team. Also in 2019, they began working as a Content Editor at Multiplayer.

Mert Aktaş is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Namik Kemal.
