Emily Perks

Emily Perks is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Officer and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Carleton University since October 2021. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions in human resources, including Human Resources Assistant at The Royal Mental Health Centre and Farm Boy Inc., and worked as a Contractual HR Policy Writer at Carizon Family and Community Services. Emily began a career in management with Enterprise as a Management Trainee and gained initial experience as a Peer Recruiter and Customer Service Representative at Loblaw Companies Limited. Emily holds a Bachelor of International Business with a focus on International Human Resources and Strategic Management, as well as a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Carleton University.
