Kim Hellemans

Kim Hellemans currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students at Carleton University, focusing on recruitment and retention within the Faculty of Science since July 2008. Prior to this role, Kim held several academic positions at the University of British Columbia from February 2006 to August 2008, including Chair of the Department of Neuroscience and Undergraduate Chair. Kim's early career included a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2006, following the attainment of a PhD in Psychology from Queen's University between 1998 and 2003, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University from 1994 to 1998.
