Mohammad Zia Rahman

Mohammad Zia Rahman is currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University since September 2020, and previously held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland from October 2014 to June 2017. In these roles, Mohammad Zia Rahman has contributed to the preparation and administration of examinations, grading, and reporting academic performance. Additionally, a background as a Wellness and Counselling Assistant involved supporting students with academic, social, and personal issues. Before entering academia, Mohammad Zia Rahman worked as the Strategic Planning & Business Development Manager at Zia's from January 2009 to August 2013, where efforts were focused on strategic goal setting and enhancing client relationships. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Memorial University and ongoing doctoral studies in Finance at Carleton University, following a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
