Lance Valiquette currently serves as Operations Manager for Carlisle Architectural Metals at Carlisle Construction Materials since June 2017, where responsibilities include manufacturing leadership and P&L oversight. Previously, at UFP Industries from June 2007 to July 2017, Lance progressed from Production Manager Trainee to Sales Manager, focusing on sales team leadership and P&L management. Earlier experience includes service in the US Coast Guard as a 2nd Class Petty Officer (E5) from 2000 to 2004. Lance holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (2004-2007).
