Harris W.

Harris W. has a diverse range of work experience. Harris started their career in 2010 as a Tutor in Mathematics, Economics, and French at UNC Charlotte, where they helped students in various subjects and acted as a mentor. In 2013, they worked as an Operations Analyst - Intern at GARCON Services for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Carlisle Companies Incorporated as a Supply Chain Analyst - Jr. Category Manager, responsible for developing procurement reports and conducting e-sourcing activities. In 2017, Harris joined Carlisle Fluid Technologies as a Business Intelligence Manager, and in 2018, they were promoted to the role of Global Portfolio and Pricing Manager. In this role, they advised the executive team on product portfolio and growth strategy. Recently, in 2021, they became the Global Pricing (Strategy) Director at Carlisle Fluid Technologies. Their expertise includes product management, commercialization process, corporate strategy, M&A, and pricing.

Harris W. completed a Baccalauréat degree in Serie Scientifique: Spé Math from Lycée Français de Lomé in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, and concurrently earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2015, Harris W. continued their education at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, obtaining a Master's Degree with a focus on Economics and Quantitative Method in Economics (Econometrics), which they completed in 2016.
