Elaine O'Bleness

Elaine O'Bleness has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elaine started their career at Honeywell in 2004 as an Internal Controls Representative and later became a Sr. Internal Controls Analyst. In 2007, they moved up to the role of Manager Accounting Policy & Financial Controls. Elaine worked in this position until 2013 when they transitioned to become an Audit Manager at Honeywell. In 2016, Elaine joined Carlisle Companies Inc as an Audit Manager, where they are currently employed.

Elaine O'Bleness obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. Their education at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University included pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of Business, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. Elaine also holds the certifications of Six Sigma Greenbelt, acquired in 2007, and Certified Public Accountant, obtained in 2002 from the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
