Kylie Flynn

Kylie Flynn has a diverse work experience in various sustainability-related roles. Their most recent position is as a Sustainability Data Analyst at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Aramark, where they held multiple roles. Kylie started as a Barista and later worked their way up to become a Shift Lead, Store Manager, and eventually a Food Service Manager, responsible for 7 Starbucks locations at Arizona State University's Tempe Campus. Kylie managed over 120 full and part-time employees across these locations. During their time at Aramark, they also served as a Sustainability Intern, promoting sustainability in 6 campus Starbucks locations and leading the ASU x Starbucks x Aramark Reusables Initiative. In addition, they worked as a Sustainability Associate, assisting the Regional Sustainability Manager with sustainability-related tasks on campus. Prior to Aramark, Kylie worked as a Communications Intern at the Sustainable Purchasing Research Initiative, where they collaborated with a research team to condense research into blog posts for publication on academic websites.

Kylie Flynn attended Arizona State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainability with a focus on Policy and Governance. The timeframe for their education is not provided.
