Susanne Mandrup

Susanne Mandrup is a distinguished academic and researcher, currently serving on the Board of Directors at the Carlsberg Foundation and as the Director of the Center for Functional Genomics and Tissue Plasticity at the University of Southern Denmark. In addition, Susanne holds the position of Chair at the Danish Institute for Advanced Study and is a Professor at the University of Southern Denmark. Susanne's extensive experience includes various leadership roles in prestigious committees and boards related to bioscience and research funding. Recognized for contributions to the field, Susanne has received numerous awards, including the Simon Spies Foundation's Natural Science Research Prize and the Knight of the Order of Dannebrog. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry and an MSc in Experimental Cell Biology from Odense University.
