Their experience includes roles such as Kindergarten teacher, Director of Student Support Services, Curriculum Consultant, and currently, as a Social Emotional and Academic Learning Specialist. Sharon has a strong passion for student success and works collaboratively with various stakeholders to support student learning and development.

Carlthorp School is an independent co-educational day school located in Santa Monica, CA. Established in 1939, Carlthorp School enrolls approximately 280 students from kindergarten through sixth grade.
