Catherine Bell

Catherine Bell is a skilled Learning Developer with extensive experience in instructional design and eLearning development. Currently employed at CarMax since June 2023, Catherine translates user requirements into solutions using tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Previously, as a Senior Instructional Designer at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, Catherine focused on analyzing training needs and developing engaging software training content. At the University of Missouri System, Catherine designed comprehensive curricula and learning materials for professional programs, while also collaborating with subject matter experts. Additional experience includes teaching roles and instructional design positions at Henrico County Public Schools and Sherwin-Williams, where Catherine implemented successful training strategies and improved compliance metrics. Catherine holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Richmond, among other degrees and certifications.
