Jason Sewell

Jason Sewell is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security. Currently serving as a Principal Cybersecurity Analyst at CarMax since 2016, Jason is responsible for safeguarding structured and unstructured data, overseeing eDiscovery, incident response, and security architecture. Prior to this role, Jason directed the Computer Incident Response Team at GSA, focusing on identifying and responding to state-sponsored threats. Jason's background also includes serving as a Senior Information Security Architect for Knowledge Consulting Group, providing expertise to the Transportation Security Administration, and holding positions at RSA, Northrop Grumman, Looking Glass Systems, FRIT, and International Network Services. Jason earned a B.A. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
