John Stuckey

John (Mac) Stuckey has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CarMax since January 2004. In this role, Stuckey manages the Corporate and Operations Legal Team, overseeing a wide range of legal matters including corporate governance, securities, corporate finance, and more. Prior to this position, Stuckey held the title of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at CarMax, focusing on corporate services and legal issues related to taxation and employee benefits. Earlier in their career, Stuckey worked as an Associate at Hunton & Williams, and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Donald E. Walter at the United States District Court. Stuckey earned a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from William & Mary.
