Julia Miller

Julia Miller is the Director of Workplace Experience at CarMax, where since March 2013, leadership and support are provided to managers and associates on policies and associate relations matters. Prior to this role, Julia served as Operations Manager at Asset Management Professionals, focusing on daily operations and client support at a third-party collection agency. Julia's career began at Chase, where from February 1999 to July 2009, operational leadership was provided for the private label lending division, managing over 200 staff members across multiple sites. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Utah State University.
