Melissa Sanchez has over seven years of diverse experience in marketing operations and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Marketing Operations - Brand & Agency Management at CarMax since March 2021, Melissa previously held the role of Sr. Consultant in the same department. Prior to joining CarMax, Melissa worked at EAB as a Project Manager for Enrollment Services and as a Marketing Associate focused on Adult Learner Recruitment. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems and a Sales Representative role at AroundCampus Group. Melissa began their career as an intern at Ball Office Products. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College in 2016.
