Dror Itzhaki

Dror Itzhaki is an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Manager currently at Carmel-Forge LTD since 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing safety plans, procedures, and training in factories. Previously, Dror served as the Safety Health & Environment Manager at PALRAM Industries from November 2013 to 2021, overseeing safety for two factories with 400 employees and participating in higher management strategy meetings. Prior roles include Production Manager at Wissotzky Group, Production & Logistics Manager at Kimberly-Clark, and various managerial positions at Henkel, including Supply Chain Manager and Plant Manager. Dror holds a Master's degree in Safety & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
