Nicholas Bonarrigo

Nicholas Bonarrigo currently serves as Vice President, Legal & Environmental & General Counsel at Carmeuse since October 2017, after previously holding the position of Deputy General Counsel at the company. Prior to this, Nicholas was Corporate Counsel at Kansas City Power & Light, providing legal advice on corporate development and compliance. Nicholas has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having worked as a Partner at Reed Smith LLP and served in associate roles at Pepper Hamilton LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Wiley Rein LLP, where responsibilities included advising clients in various sectors, drafting transaction agreements, and overseeing junior associates. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA in Government & Politics from St. John's University.
