We are seeking a Director of Digital Director Production to lead our team!
Role:
This role will lead the team of Digital Production to execute digital initiatives successfully. You will need to inspire staff to problem-solve creatively. The Director of Digital Production will ensure the work meets Carmichael Lynch's vision.
A successful Director will be familiar with various disciplines that make up digital production to lead Carmichael Lynch's Digital Production team effectively.

Areas of Focus:
- Understand the client's business to ensure the appropriate strategic outcome of projects. Lead by fostering collaboration of Digital Production and agency to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor staff to make quick, informed decisions. Perform annual 360 reviews and goal check-in. Work with staff to clearly define career paths and provide training and resources for ongoing growth.
- Oversee production policies and processes, document, develop and implement new production processes and procedures as needed to improve efficiency and quality.
- Act as the escalation point for production team members and lead them through communication in challenging situations, setting expectations, and negotiations.
- Be able to estimate costs and resources for new projects with limited details.
- Manage department resources to align with agency and client needs.
- Build relationships with vendor partners.
- Represent Carmichael Lynch in both client and potential client meetings. You will need to be a subject matter expert.
- This role must have a working knowledge of digital trends and related topics, including AI, ADA, automation, SEO, web sites, digital media and augmented reality
- Understands the scoping process specific to digital projects (apps, sites, banners etc) and can work with AM leads on developing scopes, staffing plans, and accurately estimating hours and fees for various digitally-driven projects.
- Someone that has a passion for stand apart creative that can stretch beyond standard digital executions to help inspire creative teams on how digital can contribute to ideas both conceptually and executionally that makes our work stronger.
- A leader that can motivate and inspire their team, but also can think beyond our current structure as the industry evolves to identify where there might be missing pieces. In short, someone that is more visionary than old-school when it comes to digital.
- Someone that has enough knowledge and understanding of measurement that they can partner with our Analytics team when we are setting up our measurement process, looking to build dashboards etc.
