Christopher Grider

Christopher Grider is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade, primarily at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since August 2012. Grider has held multiple roles from Human Resources Assistant to Deputy Director of Human Resources, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, on-boarding, HRIS management, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. Prior to this, Grider gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Aflac, handling corporate recruiting responsibilities.
