Ann-Marie Floresca

Ann-Marie Floresca, MBA, CASP, currently serves as the Director of Retail Services and Director of University Stores at Carnegie Mellon University since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role on the Board of Directors for the Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA) from February 2019 to February 2024, and serving as the Director of Auxiliary Services at Union College from January 2020 to April 2023. Previous positions also include Director of The WKU Store at Western Kentucky University (June 2015 - January 2020), Consultant for Bay Tree Bookstore at the University of California, Santa Cruz (May 2019 - November 2019), and various managerial roles at Follett Higher Education Group (July 2005 - April 2015) and CKE Restaurants, Inc. (August 2001 - November 2004). Ann-Marie Floresca holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
