Bill Martinez

Bill Martinez is an experienced UC Messaging Engineer at Carousel Industries since March 2012, specializing in Avaya Voice Messaging systems. Prior to this role, Bill provided software application support at ProStores, an eBay company, from October 2009 to December 2010. Bill's career began at Avaya from August 1999 to March 2009, where responsibilities included Tier-3 Modular Messaging Installation and upgrades, and providing application support for a range of businesses. Earlier experience includes Help Desk Support at Providian Bank Corporation and Technical Support at GTE Wireless. Bill holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Computer Science from Ohlone College, attained between 1995 and 1996.
