JJ Ang is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Carousell Group since April 2023, a leading platform for secondhand goods in Greater Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes CFO roles at GudangAda, Indonesia's largest B2B FMCG eCommerce platform, and Sendo.vn, one of Vietnam's largest C2C e-commerce marketplaces. JJ Ang co-founded Emergebridge, an advisory and investment firm, and previously held investment banking positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2007.
