Jacob Wilks

Jacob Wilks currently serves as the Manager of Park Operations for Aquatics and Park Services at Carowinds since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob was the General Manager at Swim Club Management Group, Inc. from February 2020 to June 2023, where notable achievements included establishing a standalone market and overseeing client management operations in the Triad-Area. Previously, Jacob held various leadership positions, including Director of Facility Operations for Charlotte Club and Director of Safety, with a strong focus on safety initiatives. Jacob’s experience in the aquatics industry also includes serving as Area Manager of Aquatics at Carowinds and Waterpark Manager at Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park. Jacob is currently pursuing a degree in English, Secondary Education, and Teaching at Central Michigan University.
