Henry Cai

Henry Cai currently serves as the Director of Global Sourcing and Quality at CarParts.com, a position held since October 2023. With extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management, Henry has provided strategic consulting as a Director/Senior Consultant since December 2021. Previously, Henry was the Vice General Manager at TCCI Manufacturing, overseeing global sourcing and supply chain optimization. Prior roles include Global Sourcing Manager at Beachbody, managing significant product development projects, and Global Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Manager at Masco Corporation, where an Asia-based supply chain operation was established. Henry holds an MBA specializing in Supply Chain, International Business, and Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
