Justin Kulish

Justin Kulish serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Dynamet at Carpenter Technology Corporation since September 2023, leading the titanium finishing business and managing over 400 employees across two production facilities. Previously, at Boston Consulting Group from September 2018 to September 2023, Justin held roles as Principal and Project Leader, focusing on business performance improvement and strategic transformations for clients. Justin’s earlier experience in the United States Air Force from June 2004 to April 2016 included serving as Assistant Director of Operations and B-2 Instructor Pilot, directing defense strategy implementation and training pilots. Justin holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
