Steven Jennings

Steven Jennings currently serves as the President of the SAO Group at Carpenter Technology Corporation since December 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held several significant positions at Arconic from August 2016 to December 2023, including Vice President of Business Excellence and Chief Transformation Officer, where leadership was provided for the organization’s transformation into a privately held entity, and Manufacturing Director overseeing operations and P&L responsibility across multiple facilities. Steven's earlier experience includes roles at Alcoa, where responsibilities ranged from operational planning to finance management for a business unit generating $15B in revenue. Steven's career also includes a tenure at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in risk management. Academically, Steven holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
