Leslie Bean has been in the telecommunications industry since 2001, beginning their career at CenturyLink as a Supervisor. In this role, they managed a group of 20 and provided feedback on their performance. Leslie also trained Technical Project Coordinators on the VOIP product and stepped in for supervisor/manager roles to handle escalation issues. In 2017, Bean joined Carrier Access, Inc. as a Service Delivery Manager.
