Rob Miller began their career in 1996 as an Account Executive at Gateway. In 1998, they moved on to become a Client Account Executive at PVI Inc., a Sun Microsystems VAR. In 2003, they joined Carrier Access, Inc. as Manager of Account Services and later became Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for collaborative solutions, transparent expectations, and proactive communication.
Rob Miller obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in political science and history from the University of Iowa. In 2021, they obtained certifications in HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates and HIPAA Security from HIPAATraining.com. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Cisco Security Architecture for Account Managers from Cisco. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Cisco Certified Business Architecture Analyst from Cisco. Rob also holds certifications in Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist from Cisco and Dell Technologies Partner Program-Sales: Server Credential 2020 from Dell Technologies.
