Cynthia Thornquist has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Academic Support & Retention at Carroll College since September 1992. Cynthia has held multiple roles at Carroll College, including Donor Relations Officer, Associate Director of Admission, Alumni Relations, and Director of Admission, a position attained in 2002 after starting in the Admission Office in 1992. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as an Enrollment Management Specialist at Montana State University Billings from April 1988 to August 1992.
